Inca Brands, Inc. is hiring detail-oriented, energetic team members to join our warehouse in Sewickley, PA. You'll help receive, organize, and ship the merchandise that keeps our stores and customers stocked — using computers, scanners, and existing software along the way. No prior experience with these tools is required, just a comfort level picking them up on the job.
We're a fast-paced, friendly team that takes pride in doing things right. (And yes — there's a large, friendly dog on premises.)
What You'll Do
Off-load delivery vehicles and count incoming items
Update inventory in our computer system
Restock designated warehouse areas
Pick, package, and ship outgoing orders
Select and move inventory to delivery areas for further distribution
Inspect stock for damage or defects; mark and label as needed
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company procedures, policies, and safety guidelines
What We're Looking For
Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented under a steady pace
Strong people skills and clear communication
Hard-working, focused, and a solid problem-solver
Comfortable following instructions and working in an organized way
Positive work history and reliable attendance
Basic computer skills (or willingness to learn quickly)
A friendly, can-do attitude — we like to have fun while getting the job done
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs
Able to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including varying temperatures and elevated areas, with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to work Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM, with flexibility for extended hours during seasonal peaks
Schedule & Pay
Full-time and part-time positions available
Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM (flexible hours)
Starting pay: $17/hour, with increases upon review
Incentive pay and overtime available
